Senior Vice President, Clinical Development Operations

Debbie brings over 25 years of specialized experience in the biopharmaceutical and clinical research industry to K36 Therapeutics. Throughout her career, she has established herself as a leader in clinical execution, particularly within the complex landscapes of oncology and hematology, including AML, breast cancer, and lymphoma.

Prior to joining K36, Debbie served as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at IDRx, Inc., where she was the fourth employee and played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and its eventual acquisition by GSK. Her leadership was instrumental in managing global Phase I through Phase III clinical trials and navigating rigorous regulatory environments. Debbie also held key leadership positions at Constellation Pharmaceuticals, where she oversaw clinical operations diligence and strategy.

Debbie’s expertise lies in building high-performing, accountable teams across clinical operations and the broader development organization. Known for a leadership style grounded in setting a clear example, she is deeply committed to mentorship and the development of the next generation of clinical leaders. She excels at scaling virtual organizations and streamlining execution to ensure life-changing therapies reach patients more efficiently.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science (Summa cum laude) in Healthcare Management & Administration and has dedicated her career to advancing clinical science through operational excellence and servant leadership.
